Mir Wajid Ali Kamil son of Mir Zahid Ali Kamil has sold the plots with GPA from their legal hires and family members and in his capacity of being a title holder under the revenue designation of pattadar as part owner of our layout in Survey No. 135/part an extent of Acres 230. 07 Guntas, situated at Edulanagulapally Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Medak District.

The said land was converted in to residential plots in 3 blocks A, B, & C with 2 Commercial Complexes with shopping complexes and food courts. Also sufficient land was apportioned for temples, hospitals, schools, post office, Cinema theatre. Parks, police station etc to make the layout complete. The residential plots in A, B & C and the Commercial plots were sold to around 2300 individuals between 1984 and 1987. The layout was sanctioned by Velmela Grampanchayat and now known as Edulanagulapally Grampanchayat.

The layout land was originally purchased by the LATE. MOULVI MIR IBRAHIM ALI son of Mir Rehman Ali by and under Sale Deed Dated. 22nd Ardibehesht 1317 Fasli duly registered as Document No. 21, pages 25 and 26 of Book No. 1, on 24th Ardibehesht, 1317 Fasli at the office of the Registrar, Medak. He remained in possession and enjoyment till his death on 25th lefender, 1945 Fasli. The above said SRI. MIR WAJID ALI KAMIL and parties Sl No. 1 to 10 are the only heirs and successors of the said MIR IBRAHIM ALI in respect of the said land.
